Designed enterprise experiences across Cisco's Renewals and Security platforms, including an MFA bypass request tool, AI-powered SFDC Renewals support (C360, O360), and a sales AI assistant proposal. Led design for the Renewals Console redesign and placed top 10 in Cisco's 2025 AI Hackathon. Collaborated cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to modernize internal tooling and access governance.
